FAQs
Buzz & Blooms LLC is a floral business offering subscription-based floral arrangements, event florals, flower bar experiences at farmers' markets, dried flower crafts, and flower-pounded fabric and clothing. Our flowers are either grown by us on our farm or sourced from other local farmers who hold the same values, allowing us to create each offering from blooms responsibly nurtured. Our mission is to bring beauty and joy to homes, offices, and events while maintaining an environmentally responsible approach.
Our floral subscription service provides businesses and individuals with fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements on a recurring basis. Subscribers receive a new arrangement at set intervals-weekly or biweekly- based on your chosen plan. We rotate and reuse vessels to reduce waste and offer two delivery times: one at the beginning of the week and one at the end of the week.
We prioritize locally grown, seasonal flowers, often sourcing from our own farm. In the event we need to source elsewhere, we do so from other local no-spray farms.
I harvest at the right time of day and at the ideal stage for each flower-some even open in your vase. I strip foliage, give stems a fresh cut, and let them hydrate before arranging. No chemicals-just timing, clean water, and care.
I choose not to use chemical preservatives because studies have shown that the cut flower industry often relies on synthetic chemicals to keep blooms fresh, which can pose health risks to both us and our customers. By focusing on natural cultivation and preparation methods, I ensure that my flowers are not only beautiful but also safe and environmentally friendly.

Our floral subscriptions are perfect for spas, salons, restaurants, offices, and other businesses that want to enhance their space with fresh flowers and ease. They create a welcoming environment for clients and employees alike.
All of my flowers are grown without pesticides or synthetic chemicals, but they are still living plants—and some people or pets may be sensitive to certain varieties. If you have known allergies or a curious cat who likes to nibble, it’s best to keep arrangements out of reach and watch for any signs of irritation.
That said, my flowers are about as clean and natural as it gets. One customer, who had never been able to keep flowers in her home due to allergy-like reactions, discovered she had no reaction at all to one of my arrangements. She’s now a regular subscriber!
While sensitivities vary, many customers find that my chemical-free blooms are a breath of fresh air—literally.
At Buzz & Blooms, we practice regenerative farming by building soil health with compost, cover crops, and minimal tillage. We never use synthetic pesticides or herbicides. Instead, we manage pests naturally by hand-removing bugs, interplanting pest-resistant crops, using trap crops, and covering vulnerable flowers with organza bags. Our gardens are filled with pollinator-friendly plants to encourage biodiversity and support a healthy, thriving ecosystem.
We currently deliver to homes and businesses in Rock Hill and Fort Mill, SC. If you're located nearby—such as in York or Clover—feel free to reach out! I may be able to accommodate deliveries outside my regular range if there’s enough interest in your area, especially when multiple customers or businesses sign up in the same vicinity. As demand grows, so may our delivery radius.
Want flowers in your town? Spread the word! Grouped deliveries help make expansion possible.
Deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays. This gives you the flexibility to choose the timing that best suits your space—whether you want flowers to start the week strong or set the tone for the weekend.
Once your subscription begins, your delivery day will stay consistent so you always know when to expect your blooms. Routes are set up to be as efficient as possible based on where subscribers are located, so early sign-ups help shape the schedule in your area.
Yes! If delivery doesn’t suit your needs, you're welcome to pick up your flowers at The Farm Store by Streeter Heritage Farms (formerly known as Kingdom Gardens), located at 3700 India Hook Road in Rock Hill. Pickups are available during store hours on Fridays from 3–7 PM.
The farm store is located on the very land where your flowers are grown. While farm walkthroughs are by appointment only, picking up your subscription here offers a unique opportunity to support other local businesses and see the land that brings your blooms to life.
Not quite! My fresh flower season runs from early June through the first fall frost, usually around October 31st here in Rock Hill. Everything is grown locally—no greenhouses or imports—so I follow nature’s lead.
Spring flowers are a whole different ball game! They require fall planting and winter care, which brings its own set of challenges. It’s something I hope to grow into, but for now, I’m focused on offering the very best of summer and fall.
Outside the growing season, I offer naturally dried flowers that last beautifully year-round.
On average, most arrangements last about a week with proper care. That said, I’ve had several customers share that their bouquets lasted up to two weeks, which is always wonderful to hear!
I do everything I can on my end to set you up for success. I follow strict harvesting and handling practices to ensure your flowers are healthy, hydrated, and long-lasting. I harvest only in the cool early morning hours, allow blooms to rest and hydrate in a cool, dark room for at least 24 hours before arranging, and cut each stem at the ideal stage—so many flowers continue to open and flourish in your vase.
Once your bouquet is in your care, here are a few simple tips to help it last as long as possible:
Change the water every 1–3 days. Clean water = longer vase life.
Use a clean vase. If you wouldn’t drink from it, your flowers shouldn’t either.
Trim stems every few days. Snip about an inch off the bottom at an angle every 2–3 days. For best results, cut stems underwater to avoid air bubbles.
Remove wilted or spent blooms. This keeps the remaining flowers fresh longer.
Keep your bouquet out of direct sunlight, away from heat, drafts, and ripening fruit. These can cause flowers to wilt more quickly.
And here’s a fun bonus: Some customers dry long-lasting varieties—like statice, strawflower, and celosia—from their arrangements to reuse or display year-round. It’s a great way to enjoy your bouquet even longer.
Absolutely—you can! Flower subscriptions make a thoughtful, joy-filled gift for birthdays, new babies, thank-yous, or just because.
Unlike a one-time delivery, a subscription is truly a gift that keeps on giving, with fresh, seasonal blooms arriving again and again throughout the duration of the plan you choose. You can sign up on their behalf and select the delivery schedule that works best. If you’d like to include a personalized note with the first delivery, just let me know! I’ll make sure it’s beautifully arranged and delivered with care.
Currently, I offer weekly and bi-weekly (every other week) subscriptions—two popular rhythms that keep your space consistently fresh without feeling overwhelming.
Deliveries are typically made on Tuesdays and Fridays, and you can choose the day that works best for you. That said, if you'd like flowers more often, I’m happy to make it happen! Some customers opt for deliveries on both Tuesdays and Fridays, or add extra arrangements for special occasions. Just reach out, and I’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs (and keeps the flowers flowing!).
While I don’t list monthly subscriptions as a standard option, I’m always open to creating something that works for you. My current delivery model is built around more frequent routes, but I’d be glad to explore a monthly option if that’s the best fit for your space or lifestyle.
Going out of town? No problem! You’re welcome to pause or reschedule a delivery—or even gift that week’s arrangement to a friend, as long as they’re located within the same delivery zone.
All of the flowers I use are grown right here on my farm—or occasionally sourced from nearby growers who share my values if a particular crop doesn't perform. I do not order flowers to be shipped in, as honoring the seasons and working with what the land provides is central to my vision.
Because of that, I’m not able to guarantee specific colors or varieties. Each arrangement reflects the best of what’s blooming at the time, with seasonal color palettes that naturally shift—think vibrant tones in summer and richer, moodier hues in the fall.
That said, your preferences do matter. If there's a particular flower you're allergic to or a color you just can't stand, please let me know and I’ll be sure to avoid them. If you have a style or color preference, I’ll do my best to incorporate it when possible, as long as it aligns with what’s currently blooming. A little flexibility goes a long way in allowing me to create something fresh, beautiful, and true to the season.
While flower types and colors vary, some of my subscription options do include customization of the vessels themselves. With the Plush, Lavish, and Table Tidbit subscriptions, I design the vessels to complement the space they’ll live in—whether that means a certain color, size, or shape. During your initial consultation, we’ll discuss all those details so your arrangements feel like a seamless part of your space.
Simply set it aside and I’ll take care of the rest! When your next delivery arrives, I’ll collect the previous vessel—no need to return it right away or worry about cleaning it out.
That said, some customers choose to give their vase a quick rinse to prevent build-up between pickups, which I always appreciate—but it’s absolutely not required. I’m happy to handle cleaning and reusing the vessels as part of my commitment to reducing waste and keeping things simple for you.
This return-and-reuse system is one small way I work to minimize environmental impact while keeping the flower experience both beautiful and low-effort for you.
If a vase accidentally breaks, no worries—life happens! I just ask that you let me know. For one-time accidents, I typically won’t charge a fee. If it’s a specialty vessel or if breakages happen repeatedly, there may be a small replacement charge to help cover costs.
I would be honored to be considered! Sharing the joy that flowers bring—especially through hands-on experiences like a private flower bar—is one of my favorite parts of this work.
With that said, because I grow all of my flowers myself and prioritize my subscription customers first, these events are first come, first serve. I also don’t book flower bars on back-to-back weeks to ensure I have enough blooms for all my commitments.
If you have a date in mind, I recommend reaching out as early as possible so I can reserve your spot on my calendar and plan accordingly.
You can find me once a month at the Old Town Farmers Market in Rock Hill, where I host a build-your-own flower bar (as long as blooms are available that week). It’s a great way to pick out your own stems, say hello, and experience the joy of local flowers in a hands-on way!
Here are my scheduled market dates for 2025:
June 28th, July 26th, August 23rd, September 27th, October 18th, and November 22nd (All on Saturdays)
In addition to fresh flowers, I also offer a variety of handcrafted goods (depending on the season), including:
– Tatakizome (flower-pounded) fabric pieces like clothing and bandanas – Flower-pounded cards – Dried floral pumpkins (a fall favorite!) – Dried flower crowns, pins, and wreaths
I’m also partnering with Honey in the Rock Farmstead, a local organic produce farm, to bring even more seasonal goodness to the market table.
Come early—blooms go fast, and I’d love to see you there!
